Description

Ingredients

500 g firm white fish (cod, halibut, or tilapia), cut into cubes

1 medium red onion, cut into chunks

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 zucchini, sliced into rounds

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish

Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, and salt.

Add the fish cubes and coat well. Marinate for 20–30 minutes.

Thread fish and vegetables alternately onto skewers.

Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Grill kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fish is cooked through and lightly charred.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with a side of yoghurt dip or salad.
