Ingredients

Paneer (low-fat) : 75 g 
- 
Cucumber : 50 g 
- 
Tomato : 50 g 
- 
Onion : 30 g 
- 
Bell peppers (mixed) : 50 g 
- 
Lettuce or spinach : 30 g 
- 
Lemon juice : 1 tsp 
- 
Cold-pressed olive oil : 1 tsp 
- 
Black pepper, pink salt, roasted jeera powder to taste 
- 
Optional: Fresh coriander, mint, chili flakes 
Instructions
- 
Dice the paneer into bite-sized cubes. You can lightly sauté or keep it raw. 
- 
Chop all vegetables into even pieces. 
- 
In a large bowl, combine paneer, chopped veggies, and greens. 
- 
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings to make the dressing. 
- 
Pour dressing over the salad, toss well, and serve fresh.
